FAQ: When will my item ship?

All products in stock will ship within one business day even with custom engraving, except for large volume orders, which will vary depending on the size and product selected.  All individual produt pages state whether an item is in stock or out of stock and category product pages display out of stock products with a red Out of Stock banner on the top left corner of the image.

Note:
Your order will ship within one business day and should arrive according to the shipping method you select during checkout. Note that orders shipped outside the United States are subject to possible delays in Customs.

GENERAL PRODUCTION TIMELINES:

Generally, we engrave and ship all orders of 25 pieces or less within one business day of receiving the order.  For in stock items, this is a typical bulk order production timeline:

    1 - 25 pcs = 1 business day
  26-100 pcs = 2 - 3 business days
101-250 pcs = 3 - 5 business days
251-500 pcs = 4 - 7 business days
  > 1000 pcs = 7 - 10 business days
